Need a GND file mechanism that enables adding an "Add To ArcMap" button to the ArcGIS Online resources web page for ArcMap next to an ArcMap layer file (.lyr) so users can add the layer into currently open ArcMap session with one click. This is also needed for ArcGlobe so the globe resource page layers can have 'Add to ArcGlobe'.
