機能拡張
Allow the connection test for ArcGIS Portal to be disabled. Secure organizations have concerns over the functionality of this addition to ArcGIS Desktop version 10.1 and need to have a method of disabling it. Also allow for the connection icon in the application tray to be removed as needed.
