With StreetMap Premium Custom Roads data, the default values for certain fields are not populating automatically, causing an error to be returned when manually creating new custom streets.

Open the template when creating new streets by clicking on the blue arrow and populate the fields that are not populating (DrivingSide, FT_RST_TRUCK_DELEVIERY_ONLY, TF_RST_TRUCK_DELEVIERY_ONLY, and RST_TOLL_ROAD_AUTOMOBILES).
