While inviting members to a Shared Update group with the settings configured to have 'Partnered collaboration and my organization's members' as the group members, members from Organizations other than our Partnered Collaboration Organizations are viewable.

This is a known limitation. The search functionality will return users with their profile visibility set to public, and the capability to invite them to the group is blocked because the group only allows partnered organization members, and members of your own organization to be in the group. When searching for a user in a partnered organization, but not a collaboration coordinator, they will be returned in the search with their organization affiliation to indicate they can be directly added to the group. When searching for a user and are unable to see an organization affiliation, then they cannot be added or invited to a partnered collaboration group.再現の手順
