不具合
When Windows Start menu bar is not located at the bottom of the Windows screen, ArcMap Tools toolbar is partially to fully hidden behind the ArcMap hidden; it's modal properties also seem messed up in comparison to a fresh start of ArcMap when the Start menu bar is located at the bottom of the Windows screen.
