不具合

When Windows Display Settings are configured with a zoom and Export Map is set to a 300 DPI, the Clip to Graphics Extent tool fails to clip when exporting to raster file types in ArcMap 10.7.1.

Note that ArcGIS 10.8.2 is the current release of ArcGIS Desktop and will enter Mature Support in March 2024 (https://support.esri.com/en-us/products/arcmap/life-cycle). There are no plans to release an ArcGIS Desktop 10.9, and we recommend that you migrate to ArcGIS Pro. 対処法

  • Scale back to 100% in Windows Display Settings.
  • Reduce the resolution (DPI).
  • Check the "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: Application" box in the ArcMap Application Properties > Compatability tab
  1. In the Start Menu, find ArcMap
    1. Right-click and select More > Open File Location
    2. In the File Explorer, right-click ArcMap and select Properties
    3. Click the Compatibility tab
    4. Under Settings, check the box "Override high DPI scaling behavior." and confirm that "Scaling performed by" is set to Application
