Support for the serverGens parameter with the extractChanges operation was added for ArcGIS Enterprise in 11.0. Please refer to https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/services-reference/enterprise/extract-changes-feature-service/. The serverGens parameter supports a minimum/maximum range of serverGens, but there was an issue with this which was resolved in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2.再現の手順
