不具合
When using the Python API create user option with an ArcGIS Online and the Identity Provider or Enterprise option, it makes a built in account instead of linking it to the enterprise logins.

対処法
Use the REST API to add enterprise users. This was based on the request that gets made when you invite a specific person to the organization with the enterprise login option. This can be used as a workaround until the API can have this changed. A sample script is attached to the defect.再現の手順
