対処法
To get a better bounding circle for input TEST_A:- Run the Minimum Bounding Geometry tool once using RECTANGLE_BY_WIDTH. The result is a skinny polygon.- Run the Minimum Bounding Geometry tool again using CIRCLE. The result is a better bounding circle.再現の手順
