不具合
When using the Enrich Layer tool in ArcGIS Pro 1.2 and 1.1.1, the tool fails with the following error message, "Unable to determine Geoenrichment privilege for ArcGIS Online user account Your user role does not include the geoEnrichment privilege Failed to execute (EnrichLayer)."

Publish the feature service to ArcGIS Online, and run the Enrich Layer tool from there. The result can then be exported.再現の手順
