不具合
When using the 'Add Data from ArcGIS Online' option from the Add Data command, adding a hosted feature service in ArcMap displays only the first layer of a multi-layer feature service if any layer is turned off and saved in a web map first.

Access the data from My Hosted Services or from a GIS Server connection from the REST URL.
Example for ESS org REST URL to add as a server connection: https://services.arcgis.com/Wl7Y1m92PbjtJs5n/arcgis.
