不具合

When using German regional settings, ArcGIS Server does not apply a geographic transformation set in the MXD, when viewing a network link in ArcGIS Explorer and Google Earth, if the Vectors option is checked under KML capabilities. Please note, this is similar to NIM036719, which was rejected because it was not reproducible. Once German regional settings are turned on, it is reproducible.
