不具合
When using ArcGIS Data Store as the managed database, a newly created polyline or polygon feature class fails to publish as a hosted feature service to Portal for ArcGIS 10.4 with the following error message, "Error 001369: Failed to create the service. Failed to execute (PublishServiceDefinition)."

対処法
1. In ArcMap, right-click the layer. 2. Go to the Display tab, and change the Display Expression field from st_area(shape) to OBJECTID. The feature class now publishes as a hosted feature service without any issue.再現の手順
