不具合
When using a map service from an ArcGIS Enterprise environment as a basemap in an ArcGIS Web AppBuilder app with the Basemap Gallery widget, the basemap draws at the top of another map service from the ArcGIS Enterprise environment but not draw over the top of the same service at the layer level.
