対処法
In line 982 of the ArcGIS.psm1 file (located in the downloaded directory or in C:\Program Files\WindowsPowerShell\Modules\ArcGIS\2.1.0\), replace the value '$HostingConfig.AllNodes.count;' with '$PortalConfig.AllNodes.count;'.
