不具合
When the 'Use the selected record' option is enabled in the Append tool, the Update Data option does not work and a new record is added to the target dataset instead of updating an existing record.

対処法
Issue occurs when the Enable Undo and 'Use the selected records' parameters are toggled. Use the Append tool with selections and update options with Enable Undo untoggled.
