不具合
When the Text Anti-Aliasing setting on a map service is changed from Forced to None, and the map service was published from an SD file created by ArcMap 10.2.2 and published to ArcGIS Server 10.3.1, after restarting the service, the setting in ArcGIS Server Manager displays Text Anti-Aliasing set to None but the REST endpoint displays that Text Anti-Aliasing is still set to Forced.
