1. Clicking the 'Click me' button will close the 'Splash' window. This is a known limitation. 2. Clicking outside would only close the 'Splash' window, but now it closes both windows. This bug will be fixed in ArcGIS Experience Builder Developer Edition 1.19.再現の手順
