This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Enterprise version 11.3. In ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3, in most cases, using a colon in the Invite members search does not return all members, including the Esri system accounts. This issue is fixed in all cases listed in the details attached to the bug, except when searching using a colon ':'. Portal for ArcGIS does not execute the search request if the search terms are less than three characters.再現の手順
