When the input raster is a layer from Table of Contents, the default reclassification table does not import unique values or classified break values as specified by the layer symbology in ArcMap 10.6.1.

対処法
In the Reclassify tool, click the Classify button.
Under Classification Method, change to Manual.
Under Classes, change to the desired range selection.
Manually specify values by dragging the segments or specify values into the Break Values text box.
