不具合
When the “Display coded value domain and subtype descriptions” option is unchecked in the Table Appearance Dialog and the editor chooses to change the value to Null. It is trying to store the "<Null>" rather than a true database null.

Check the “Display coded value domain and subtype descriptions” option is unchecked in the Table Appearance Dialog before editing the values. You should be able to set both fields to null. And looking at the underlying database, the values are database nulls – not text strings that spell out “<Null>”再現の手順
