不具合
When the Change Version tool is run on a parcel fabric topology layer, it reports that the tool ran successfully and the List By Data Sources tab in the Contents pane shows that the topology layer's version has changed, but Python reports that the topology sublayers have not changed versions.

A portion of this install was ported to ArcGIS Pro 3.2.5 to ensure the following issue worked as expected. However, the existing issue still occurs in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.5. Therefore, marking this issue as won't fix.対処法
Use the Change Version option on the Versioning tab to switch versions for all layers on the map.
