When selecting feature records on the web map for overlapping features in ArcGIS Dashboard, the overlapping parts are not highlighted intermittently.

When clicking on stacked geometries (i.e., a geometry with multiple features (layers)), the topmost feature is always considered the user selection. Order of further features in the pop-up are based on orderBy field OR the order features are returned by a service. The JSAPI team is aware of this ordinality issue.再現の手順
