不具合
When selecting an ArcGIS QuickCapture link within ArcGIS FieldMaps popups, the link does not open directly into the outlined project inside ArcGIS QuickCapture, if the app isn't open in the background.

対処法
The behavior does not seem to occur if the project or app is already running in the background, so ensuring ArcGIS QuickCapture is open in the background while using ArcGIS Field Maps, configured with ArcGIS QuickCapture, should ensure this process works.
