When Security for Virtual Directories is enabled in ArcGIS for Server, the ArcGIS Web AppBuilder Geoprocessing widget in Portal for ArcGIS 10.3.1 returns error code "499" when opening a file in the arcgisjobs directory via a HTTPS, if ArcGIS for Server 10.3.1 is federated with Portal for ArcGIS 10.3.1.
