不具合
When publishing a layer from ArcMap to ArcGIS Online, if the layer's symbology is set to unique values, the values act as the description instead of the label when adding new features in ArcGIS Online.

The development team has considered the issue or request and concluded it will not be addressed in the current release cycle. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.対処法
- Pull the data into ArcGIS Pro, set the symbology as desired, and republish it to ArcGIS Online.
- Open the feature layer in Map Viewer, select the edit tab, hit the manage option, and then manually go into the properties of each symbol and change it as desired.
