対処法

Split up the data into separate shapefiles or feature classes;orUse Dissolve None in the Multiple Ring Buffer Tool, then running the Dissolve Tool in ArcToolBox > Data Management Tools > Generalize on the BUFF_DIST, or distance field in the output buffer shapefile or feature class.
