When modifying the server of a geodatabase as documented: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/fr/server/latest/manage-data/linux/registering-your-data-with-arcgis-server-using-manager.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_01665D7E33384062B6A57DE89A52C2FA, the modification is effective in the map service map document but not in ArcGIS Server Manager.
