When loading a scene layer package in ArcGIS Enterprise, the scene layer package does not display correctly in Portal for ArcGIS Scene Viewer.

This issue is related to the limitation with the number of features that can display simultaneously in Scene Viewer of Portal for ArcGIS 10.6.1 (and earlier versions) with point scene layers (and feature layers). This limitation is addressed in Portal for ArcGIS 10.7 and ArcGIS Online. In the latest implementation, the maximum feature counts that can display simultaneously is higher, around 50,000 to 80,000 features, depending on other scene content.再現の手順
