不具合
When installing the Full Motion Video extension without authorizing it, ArcMap returns a warning message, "Licensing for full motion video is currently unavailable".

This issue is non-reproducible in ArcMap 10.5.1.対処法
- Disable the Full Motion Video extension.
- Launch ArcMap, and navigate to the Customize tab.
- Click Add-In Manager, and click the Add-Ins tab.
- Select Full Motion Video, and click the Delete this Add-In button.
- Proceed to authorize the extension.
