不具合
When importing symbology from one feature to another, adding the same feature classes to the map twice with the same name returns the error message, “ERROR 000400: Duplicate inputs are not allowed”.

対処法
Temporarily rename one of the layers before running the tool. Once the symbology is updated, change the layer name back to the original name.
