不具合
When importing a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file to ArcGIS Online, changing the field type from Integer to String causes the field's length to increase to 2,147,483,647.

The development team has considered the issue or request and concluded it will not be addressed. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.対処法
Modify a few rows in the field to include text characters to force ArcGIS Online to read the column as a String field instead of requesting it to be converted in the process. This field then gets a field length of 256. Then edit the text value back to the original number in ArcGIS Online.再現の手順
