When generating a network diagram from features via the REST endpoint, the following error occurs despite the diagram template being present: "extendedCode: -2147218836 Message: "Diagram template not found".

At step 13, the portal connection must be disconnected and reconnected, and the service reloaded before generating a new diagram based on the newly created template. The same applies when consuming the service in ArcGIS Pro, where starting a new Pro session in addition to restarting the service is required before using any newly created template再現の手順
