不具合
When exporting Data Driven Pages that includes a table in ArcMap 10.7.1 (Production Mapping) through Python, the table is not included.

This is a known limitation and is not addressed in arcpy.mapping. In ArcGIS Pro, there is the introduction of dynamic tables that works much better in a map series solution.対処法
Export manually. In ArcMap 10.7.1, click File > Export Map.
