When enriching a dataset referencing a country, the enrich method of the arcgis.geoenrichment module does not summarize analysis variables.

This error is as designed since the country's enrich method does not take 'analysis_variables' as a keyword argument. The analysis variables must be passed into the 'enrich_variables' argument. Refer to this guide for further instructions: https://developers.arcgis.com/python/latest/guide/part6-country-enrich/対処法
Do not include a country in the enrich parameter. For example:
enrich(study_areas=["380 New York St Redlands CA 92373"], analysis_variables=["Age.FEM45","Age.FEM55","Age.FEM65"])
