Check the DPI setting of the graphics driver and change it to Normal if it is not.1. Right-click anywhere on your Windows desktop and select Properties.2. Click the Settings tab.3. Click the Advanced button.4. On the graphics driver properties dialog box, select the General tab.5. If the DPI setting is set to 'Large (120dpi)', change it 'Normal (96 dpi)'. If the DPI setting is already Normal, then your issue is not the same as this bug.6. Click OK and follow the instructions to reboot.
