不具合
When deleting a version from a branch versioned feature service with a portal username consisting of 40 characters and above, the following error message is received, "ERROR 160366: The version could not be located. Failed to execute (DeleteVersion)"

対処法
Repeat the steps as mentioned above, but this time create a portal built-in user with username consisting of 39 Characters or less, and the version deletes as expected.
