不具合
When creating a polygon feature using the COGO Traverse tool, the Finish button in the tool's pane finishes the drawing differently than the Finish button on the Edit toolbar.

対処法
To include the start point as a vertex for the feature, use the Finish button on the Edit toolbar to complete feature drawing.
To exclude the start point as a vertex for the feature, use the Finish button on the Traverse tool's pane to complete feature drawing.
