When configuring the settings of a gallery card in an ArcGIS Hub site to open in a new tab, the gallery card continuously opens in the same tab.

This issue is not reproducible in the latest version of ArcGIS Hub. Contact Esri Support Services if the issue persists.対処法
Right-click the gallery card and select 'Open link in new tab' in the browser; however, this option is not always available.
