When configuring Attachment Viewer, on the 'Theme & Layout' tab, the two color picker parameters, 'Header text color' and 'Header background color' do not work as expected.

This issue is not reproducible following the ArcGIS Online February 2023 release. Once there is content in the Attachment Viewer app, any changes to the Theme & Layout tab are reflected.対処法
Use the 'Custom CSS' parameter box to alter the header colors. Below are two examples of how to change these two color parameters using Custom CSS:
- .esri-photo-centric__header { background-color: #000000; color: #ffffff}
- .esri-map-centric__header { background-color: #000000; color: #ffffff}
