不具合

When attempting to add users to Portal for ArcGIS using a CSV file and the portal language is set to Portuguese (Brazil), the error message "Nao foi encontrado qualquer membro no ficheiro" (Translation: No member was found in the file) is returned.

ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 does not provide templates to show users how account information should be input to the CSV file when using the add members via the CSV file workflow. How the account information needs to be input into the CSV file changes based on the language selected under Organization > Settings > General. For example, in English, the account information is input in the following order: Username, Role, and User Type. In Portuguese (Brazil), the account information is input in the following order: Papel, Tipo de Usuário, and Nome de Usuário. Entering the information in the above order successfully adds the members via CSV file on ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 when Portuguese (Brazil) is the selected language for ArcGIS Enterprise. In ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1, there are support templates that change based on the language selected for the portal during this process.
