不具合
When an ArcGIS Server site has non-default paths for all of its configurations and does not have the <installationDrive>\arcgisserver directory created, the <installationDrive>\arcgisserver\arcgissystem\statistics directory is unncessarily created after excercising Usage Reports or after the Delete Site operation is performed.
