When an administrator attempts to view the profile of any member with a username containing the '@' character, the administrator is automatically signed out of the ongoing ArcGIS Online session.

This issue is fixed and is to be released in the ArcGIS Online June 2023 update.対処法
Replace the '@' character in the URL with '%40' (the URL encoding for '@') and refresh the page to load the page correctly. Alternatively, sign in to access the profile information.
