When advanced symbology is applied to a group layer in ArcGIS Pro, it is not honored if there is a clip layer set on the map.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.対処法
Choose to exclude one of the smaller polygon layers from clipping. This works when either of the smaller polygons or their group layer is selected. Also, consider combining the two feature classes into one temporary class.
