不具合
When adding a WMTS service connection URL that includes 'request=GetCapabilities' to ArcGIS Pro, all layer names within the service are duplicated in the Project Pane.

The problem is not reproducible with the current version of ArcGIS Pro. With both of the specified URLs, only one WMTS layer is visible when you browse the layers available in the WMTS service in Pro.対処法
