This is a known issue in Map Viewer Classic (3.x JS API) but is not reproducible in Map Viewer (4.x JS API) in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 and higher. Map Viewer Classic is deprecated (Refer this documentation https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/deprecation-map-viewer-classic-deprecation-000030662 for the deprecation notice). It is recommend that users use the new map viewer for their workflows.再現の手順
