When adding a non-public layer to a web map using the view in ArcGIS.com map link on the REST endpoint, the user is prompted for credentials.

The development team has considered the issue or request and concluded it will not be addressed in the current release cycle. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.対処法
Add the layer to the web map from the Item Details page or in the map viewer go to Add and Add Layer from Web, and add the service URL.
