不具合
When a Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS application page in Portal for ArcGIS 10.4.1 is refreshed, a service layer disappears from the layer list if the service is published using the 'Allow assignment of unique numeric IDs' option and a custom assignment of IDs is used.
