不具合
When a new field is added in ArcMap to a feature class referenced by a map service, the new field does not appear in the map view and Collector for ArcGIS by default.

This is a known limitation and not a defect. Changes made to feature class schemas, such as adding a field, require republishing of the feature service that references the feature class. The fields are not visible because the service is not properly republished.対処法
1. Tick the Display check box in the Configure Attributes field.2. Save the web map. The newly added field is displayed in the map view and Collector for ArcGIS.再現の手順
