不具合
When a field is configured to have a comma separator, the dynamic text in the pop-up that includes integer or double fields fails to prepopulate an embedded ArcGIS Survey123 form using a URL if the value is 1,000 or above.

This behavior is as designed, the setting cannot be conditionally ignored for URLs in the context of pop-ups. It is recommend to use Arcade to access the raw value if the thousand separator is required to be enabled.対処法
- On the Visualization tab of the hosted feature layer, select the layer and click the Fields tab on the right hand side.
- For the number field in question, disable the 'Show thousands separator' toggle button and save the changes.
